Fire resistance testing of a wall/ceiling connection made of solid wood elements
MFPA Leipzig GmbH developed a corresponding test set-up to verify smoke tightness (in relation to §14 MBO), which is not regularly possible with normatively regulated fire resistance tests on wall and/or ceiling components.

MFPA Leipzig GmbH carried out a test on the functional integrity of electrical cable systems in accordance with DIN 4102-12 in conjunction with DIN 4102-2 in its structural fire protection division.

In order to assess the current condition of the structure, prestressing steel, grout and parts of the concrete surrounding the cladding tube were taken from a bridge structure and examined by the "Building Materials and Building Physics" division of MFPA Leipzig GmbH.
