Data protection information for the event „Leipziger Abdichtungsseminar/Leipziger Gewässerschutztag/Leipziger Fassadentag“

Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The purpose of data processing is to carry out the event as part of your registration, Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR.

If photos and/or videos of the event are taken and published without consent in the sense of § 23 KunstUrhG, this is done on the basis of our legitimate interests in the event documentation and public relations, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

If we make photos or video recordings of you at the event under the reservation of permission of § 22 KunstUrhG and publish them on our website at www.mfpa-leizpzig.de, this will only be done on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The pictures will be selected conscientiously before publication. A removal is possible at any time afterwards, if you inform us accordingly. Simply send an e-mail to leitung@mfpa-leipzig.de for this purpose. The images will then be removed from the website.

 

We also process your data in order to send you information about other comparable events. This is done in accordance with our legitimate interest in direct advertising, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Categories of recipients

We use service companies and partners who are obliged to secrecy and data protection within the scope of the provision of the service for special areas, where access to personal data cannot be excluded. These categories of recipients are: Hosting and IT service companies, printers and photographers. The data will only be passed on to authorities if there are superior legal provisions. A transfer to third countries for processing purposes does not take place.

Duration of storage and deletion of data

The photos are deleted after it has been checked whether they are suitable for the chronicle.

Consents given for the use of images shall be retained for as long as the image is used. In the event of objection, the used images will be removed, the consent and the documentation of the deletion will be kept for three years within the usual limitation periods. The data will then be deleted.

Your right to obtain information (right of acces by the data subject), right to rectification, right to erasure, right to object and right to data portability

You can exercise your right to obtain information (right of access by the data subject), rectification and erasure of data at any time. Please contact us using the methods described above. If you wish to have your data deleted, but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies in the event of an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability as long as the technical possibilities are available to the recipient and to us.

You can file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.

We reserve the right to adjust the content of this data protection statement at any time. This is usually the case when the services used are adjusted or developed further. You can view the latest version of the data protection statement on our website at any time.
