From the initial ideato the finished building

In our accredited test laboratories, we perform standardised and custom tests that meet the highest requirements. We are an approved testing, monitoring and certification body pursuant to the State Building Regulations and a notified body pursuant to the EU Construction Products Regulation. You can use the results of our tests to declare the performance of your building products. In addition, we can assist you in obtaining certificates of usability (ZiE, abZ, vBG, aBG) for materials, building products, components, methods and buildings, and for obtaining ETA’s, e.g. assessment reports for presentation to the highest building inspectorates of the federal states or the German Structural Engineering Institute DIBt. We also issue general appraisal test certificates.

We perform monitoring and inspection services that are required for your on-site production control and declaration of compliance.

Our team of experts and our “Centre for Innovation and Calculation” will help you to develop and assess building products and methods, to determine the state of a building (building diagnosis) and to realise buildings, as well as to assess damage claims.
